Lindsay Butler is like a fine wine, always smooth on the palate, and we can always remember some wonderful vintages through his recording career which spans over 25 years.

His mastery of the Bushballad style comes foremost to mind, but when you listen to several releases over the years, you realise that Lindsay has always merged a wide variety of music styles into his own unique repertoire, and if it's not strictly country, it is always pure Lindsay Butler.

Lindsay was the first Australian guitarist to record a full solo album (1976), which won him his first of 3 GOLDEN GUITARS following year.
